DISCOVERY
After the initial enquiry we will set up a discovery call in which we will discuss the following:
What are your main goals and vision for rebranding?

What deliverables or packages you are looking for. What is most suitable for your business according to the goals you want to achieve?

What are the different touchpoints that you want your visual identity to achieve?

We will discuss these and more on our call. But don’t stress! This is us just getting to know each other so that I can create branding that truly represents you and your passion for what you offer through your business!
BRAND STRATEGY
Following up the discovery call I will provide several documents: your contract, a proposal and brand strategy questionnaire.
The proposal will describe how my services can provide a solution to the main goals and vision for your rebranding. The brand strategy questionnaire is crucial in the process of development of the rebranding of your business. Through the questionnaire we will discover first, the foundation of your brand which includes your brand story, mission and values. And second, your brand positioning. Brand positioning is how your business can differentiate itself in your industry, analyze competitors, clearly define your business’s target audience and identify your business personality traits.
DESIGN
This is the most exciting part! It is when we can start visualizing your goals for your business!
There are several steps to this part of the process:
I will provide two moodboards that include type styles, color palettes, textures & patterns and imagery to get across the overall vibe and personality. One refined revision allowed.

Upon approval I will start in on the design process.

Depending on the package you chose I will submit your brand package within 7-14 days. There are 2 revisions included upon submission. With a requested revision, a strategy call will be scheduled.
OFFBOARDING
The final step!
Once we have completed the design process a final invoice will be sent along with all packaged brand items and a Brand Guideline document. One last wrap-up call can be scheduled if you have any final questions!
